| Inquest | Approximate death date; identifying details (eg place, age, spouse). |
| Will | Death date/place, and last place of RESIDENCE; spouse, parents, children. |
| Immigration | Birthdate; native place; occupation; ship/port/date if known, or first recorded event in Qld and last confirmed event elsewhere; death date and years in Qld as shown on death certificate; names of parents and/or siblings with whom the subject may have arrived. |
| School admission | Town; official name of school if known; child's estimated year of birth; parent/guardian's name (and occupation/address if known). |
